The purpose of the Management Team meeting is to give a platform for NOCE administrators to learn about and provide feedback on the key institutional and District plans, initiatives, and operational functions. It also is a venue to build the management team and help its members learn from each other, foster partnerships, and leverage resources across NOCE.

Current topics at the Management Team include enrollment and fiscal management, facilities use and improvement, and strategic plan and accreditation plans.
