NOCE is truly a community-based provider!

Hosting a variety of classes at over 100+ locations. NOCE partners with K-12 schools, community centers, senior centers, churches, skilled-nursing facilities, and more. The list of classes ranges from:

  • English as a Second Language (ESL)/Citizenship Program classes 
  • Basic Skills/High School Diploma classes 
  • Emeritus Program (classes for older adults) 
  • Classes for adults with disabilities
  • Kids’ College and Teen Program classes 
  • Parenting Program classes 
  • Career Technical Education (CTE) Program classes 

Online/Remote Admissions & Registration Assistance 

**All NOCE Centers are currently closed due to the global pandemic and social distancing order. However, students can still apply and register online. Our NOCE Admissions and Registration StarHelp Customer Service team is available to help you:
