Parking permits are required to park at Fullerton College and at the Wilshire Center. Permits will be available in the 300 building, Admissions and Records office at the Wilshire Center at no charge for registered students.

Anaheim Campus and Cypress Center do not require permits to park. Students must park in marked spaces for on-campus classes at the Anaheim Campus, Cypress Center and Wilshire Center. Please do not back into the parking space or you will be ticketed.

Welcome! All NOCE students will need to have a parking pass when parking on any of the NOCE Centers for classes and services. Parking permits differ between the NOCE Centers; follow the guidelines below.

**A parking permit is NOT required to park in marked spaces for on‐campus classes in 2023 Summer at the Anaheim Campus and Cypress Center. Wilshire Center students will need to order a free parking permit.

Anaheim Campus Parking Permits

**Student parking permits will not be required or issued for the 2023 Summer semester. All marked stalls (zone parking, handicap, staff parking, temporary parking, etc.) should still be adhered to.

  • Parking Fees: Parking is by permit only.
    • Vehicle permits: $40; motorcycle permits: $20
    • Both permits are available for purchase at the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office (2nd Floor).
    • Parking permits are half-year permits that are available from Jan 1-Jun 30 OR Jul 1 – Dec 31 (not six months from the purchase date).
    • Daily passes are also available for $3; purchase at ticket kiosks in parking areas.
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • If you do not have a permit, you will be ticketed. An NOCE parking permit applies to any space marked for students or any unmarked space. You will be ticketed if you park in unauthorized parking spots with a student permit, such as 30-minute, staff, or reserved.
    • Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space, or you will be ticketed.

Cypress Center Parking Permits

The Cypress College Campus Safety Office is proud to announce a new and improved parking registration system that offers an easier and more streamlined process to obtain a parking permit.

Parking for the 2023 Summer Semester is free. All you have to do is register your vehicle, and a spring permit will be sent to you via mail. Vehicle permits are static cling (motorcycle permits are stickers) and can be used on multiple vehicles; however, each vehicle needs to be registered.

Wilshire Center Parking Permits

Students can stop by the Admissions & Records (A&R) counter in the Wilshire 300 building for a free parking permit with verified class registration status. There will be a parking grace period in Student Lot 10 from Friday, January 13, 2023, through Friday, January 27, 2023.

Bus Passes

Bus passes are available at any NOCE Center at the Admissions and Registration Office for students who are enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week. 30-day passes are also available for the following students:

Disabled Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a disabled pass, the student must be pre-approved by OCTA first. Get more information.
Senior Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a bus pass for seniors, students must be 60 years of age or older. Get more information.
All Students – (cost is $69.00): To get a 30-day bus pass, visit the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office and be enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week.
