Welcome! All NOCE students will need to have a parking pass when parking on any of the NOCE Centers for classes and services. Parking permits differ between the NOCE Centers; follow the guidelines below.

For Your Information  

**All NOCE Centers are currently closed due to the global pandemic and social distancing order except for a few courses deemed critical to hold in-person. For those coming to campus for these approved in-person classes, parking permit/fees have been waived for the 2020 Fall Semester.

Anaheim Campus Parking Permits

  • Parking Fees: Parking is by permit only.
    • Vehicle permits: $40; motorcycle permits: $20
    • Both permits available for purchase at the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office (2nd Floor).
    • Parking permits are half-year permits that are available from Jan 1-Jun 30 OR Jul 1 – Dec 31 (not six months from purchase date).
    • Daily passes also available for $3; purchase at ticket kiosks in parking areas.
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.
    • If you do not have a permit, you will be ticketed. An NOCE parking permit applies to any space marked for students or any unmarked space. You will be ticketed if you park in unauthorized parking spots with a student permit such as 30-minute, staff, or reserved.
    • Parking permits are refundable prior to the first-class meeting only and must be returned to receive a refund (non-refundable).
    • Do not back into the parking space or you will be ticketed.

Wilshire Center Parking Permits

  • Parking Fees: Parking is by permit only.
    • Vehicle permits: $40; motorcycle permits: $20
    • Both permits available for purchase at the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office (Building 300).
    • Parking permits are half-year permits that are available from Jan 1-Jun 30 OR Jul 1 – Dec 31 (not six months from purchase date).
    • Daily passes also available for $3; purchase at ticket kiosks in parking areas.
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • A parking permit is required to park at all NOCE Centers; however, a purchased parking permit does not guarantee a parking space.

Cypress Center Parking Permits

  • Parking Fees: Parking is by permit only, which at Cypress College/NOCE Cypress is a virtual pass that is connected to your license plate number.
    • Vehicle permits: $40; motorcycle permits: $20
    • Daily passes also available for $3; purchase at ticket kiosks in parking areas.
    • Parking permits are half-year permits that are available from Jan 1-Jun 30 OR Jul 1 – Dec 31 (not six months from purchase date).
    • Term-long virtual parking permits are also valid at the Anaheim Campus and Fullerton College.
    • Purchase a Cypress Center Parking Permit
  • Parking Permit Guidelines:
    • The NOCE Cypress Center uses virtual parking permits ONLY. These virtual permits will be required Monday through Friday for parking at the Cypress College/NOCE Center location.
    • Register your vehicle online: Cypress Virtual Parking Pass
    • Purchase a virtual parking permit for the whole semester or for one day.
    • Purchase a virtual parking permit online with a debit or credit card ONLY. When registering, you will need the following information readily available:
      • License plate number (tip: take a photo of your license plate to avoid errors when entering your license plate number online)
      • Last eight (8) digits of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), if no license plate number is available
      • Vehicle year, make, model, and color
      • E-mail address
    • If you DO NOT have a debit or credit card, you may register your vehicle in person at the NOCE Cypress Center Admissions and Registration Office (Building 18, Office #100).

Bus Passes

Bus passes are available at any NOCE Center at the Admissions and Registration Office for students who are enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week. 30-day passes are also available for the following students:

Disabled Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a disabled pass, the student must be pre-approved by OCTA first. Get more information.
Senior Students – (cost is $22.25): To get a bus pass for seniors, students must be 60 years of age or older. Get more information.
All Students – (cost is $69.00): To get a 30-day bus pass, visit the NOCE Admissions and Registration Office and be enrolled in a minimum of nine hours per week.
